It was that time of year again as The Creative Beauty Group team descended on London to celebrate some amazing nail techs and their achievements at the Scratch Stars Awards 2017. Based at the new party hot spot, Tropicana Beach Club, the cocktails and canapes were flowing as hundreds of techs, industry experts and nervous finalists waited with bated breath for the results to come in!
Presented this year by Scratch's very own Editor-in-chief, Alex Fox, and celebrity host, singer and actor Duncan James, the glittering golden star trophies were handed out to some well deserving nail techs to raucous cheers and applause!

The interval meant cocktail refil time - we chose the sharing, remote controlled, colour changing, hot tub shaped cocktail (of course!) and kept it TCBG green as we drank! Interval time also meant entertainment time with the very talented X-Factor runner-up Amelia Lily getting us all up on the dancefloor and even getting involved in the dancing herself!
It was time to crack on with the second half of the awards soon enough and hand out more of those Scratch Star trophies...
