Entity Education Summit -Day Three

Entity Summit Day Three

No nerves here...

As the entourage of Entity educators walked into the room ready for day three of their training summit they were faced with their first challenge of the day... a written exam! The exam covered everything from Entity product knowledge of their high quality ingredients to the correct application of the Entity One Colour Couture. This was the quietest the training room had been over the last 3 days as the educators focused on their answers and a massive sigh of relief could be heard once the exam was over.

After a short break to cheer at their achievements in the written exam the educators were each given an amazing Entity product to talk about for three minutes just as they would in a classroom! It was impressive that over the last two days the educators had learnt enough sign language for ingredients in case any of them got stuck! A few waving arms were seen at the back of the classroom as they grilled each other on the benefits of each product however every single educator was inviting, informative and of course I'm now the best Entity expert since learning a few product information snippets as I sat watching them.

"We went into our product presentations, which were randomly selected by us. Lucky for me I got my Entity hero product, our beautiful Entity Couture Sculpting Brush. This brush is the best acrylic sculpting brush on the market and I love it so much that I managed, whilst bumbling through my nerves, to get all the points across!" - Emma Kilani - Entity Educator for Perth, Scotland.

Let's get Practical...

Once their presentations had finished it was now time to show off their best Entity nail skills as they were split into two groups to create five nails for evaluation by our Entity International Educator Yuliya Normand and Entity Dean of Education  Kristina Manners. They were given two hours to complete and be scored on:

1x Entity Acrylic Design Sculptured Nail

1x Entity Acrylic Pink and White Sculptured Nail

1x Entity Acrylic Nudite Sculptured Nail

1x Entity One Colour Couture Full Colour

1 x Entity One Colour Couture French Application

"Once I had pulled myself together after the written exam and presentations I was raring to go with the practical session both supporting my group partner to help her complete her practical and then go on and complete mine to!" - Victoria Howarth - Entity Educator for West Midlands

Welcome to TCBG!

After an afternoon of practical exams the Entity Entourage were still not able to relax as they were quizzed on teaching methods and given handy tips on spreading their new found knowledge to the nation! Alison Guildford Head of Education took them through The Creative Beauty Group accredited education manuals, ideas for icebreakers to introduce the class to each other and the best way to get most out of practical sessions!

"It's so lovely to be welcomed into the best company who really care not only about nail techs but also their businesses and growing them alongside the best brands on the market! Entity® fits so well within the company and I'm so excited to be working with them!" - Dawn Ellor - Entity Educator for Manchester

It was then up to Layla to welcome the team to The Creative Beauty Group, it's training ethos and all of the exciting projects TCBG had lined up for the year! ( I can't give too much away here...but it's VERY exciting!)

Before bedtime the girls briefly shared some celebratory cocktails with the Gel II® Education Emissaries as they got ready for day four and the wonders that are Exposed™ and Lashnv™!
